Thanks, Sandra:

I'll do some homework on my own before asking you to do anymore of it for me.

Why,in your opinion, if they're getting $0.42 per share, is the price only $.60 or so?

Sandra:

I'm not panning the stock here, just using healthy skepticism as I have bought shares over the past few days and now I'm getting worried.

I just finished reading the entire 10-K, but it is confusing. Have I got this right?

MDIX will be left with Cymedix as its only remaining business, if the disposal of the staffing business is completed. Cymedix has had no revenues to date.

At 12/28/97 MDIX had $3.5 million in credit line debt. The disposition is the subsidiaries only, so the debt will remain to b e paid from the proceeds from disposition. If $7.0 million proceeds the $3.5 million or $0.175 remains after paying off debt.

CyMedix lost almost $1.0 million last year, so if this year is a repeat, MDIX will go through another $0.05 cents per share of cash this year.

At the end of 1998 MDIX might have $2.5 million or $0.25 cents left in cash. Current price of, say, $0.60 less $0.25 cash leaves $0.35 per share that the market values Cymedix - or about $7.0 million.

I have ignored the $2.0 million in convertible preferred of the new personnel company.

Sandra, where do you see the value in this company? How much do we know about Cymedix and its prospects?

Thanks in advance, peter
