I doubt wether the the enthusiasm over the M1 is misplaced. The math is simple: Plant capable of 2000t/d: 3.35 carats/t x 2000t = 6700 carats/day 6700 x $ 142/carat = $951,400 /day! These are SUF figures and give reserves of 685,000t which would give nearly a million a day for over a year. According to press releases the heirs are being offered $14,000,000 Production of $951,400 x 15 days = $14,271,000. I know that these are gross figures and a simplification,but it shows that a very short period of production could have taken care of a big problem. For the rest I agree that SUF has a very exciting future.
