Alex, lets not jump to conclusions...maybe they have a very good reason, I'll give them the benny of the doubt right now until I get a clear explaino of these phone calls.

FWIW...I recently upgraded her to "Divi-Dog", a close over 26 might cause another upgrade;-)

So why would they need to solicit votes?...

Could it be that the "closely held shares" are not voting in favor of the company?

Can someone post what is up for vote this time?

I don't have my proxy statement in front of my, but I'm definately gonna take a look at it tonight.
