NYBB, re puts, it seems that near-expiry, just-in or just out of the money puts can be a good deal so long as you don't put so much in and are prepared to lose all. I put about 10-15% of a "normal" amount into puts. So a loss is like it going 10-15% away from you if you are short - and it is capped, safe against surprises. Good for quick profits rather than a traditional short waiting game. It worked well with ZITL May 10s yesterday (up about 200% and rising) and SEBL Apr in the money 32.5s the day before expiry (about 80%).

Also used the same approach with calls which helped me out of a badly timed IFMX short, and worked with puts on IFMX at a different time. And I have lost the lot on occasion!

Good luck.

<<Timeteo -- You and Dale have the guts do go puts. I have only
done calls and my timing was never good. When I get greedy, I
get punished.
