It is very satisfying to see projected line widths and the KrF, ArF and F2 evolution of DUV tools needed to make them possible come to fruition on almost the exact schedule that Bob Akins presented last September. He presented a timeline chart that showed production 0.07 micron features would be achieved with F2 DUV by year 2009. It is also gratifying to see Cymer churn out those DUV laser products on- or even ahead of schedule. I was skeptical then, but am a believer now. Tulvio
