Mark and all, trader Cramer of 'The street.com' bullish on WDC.

First, Western Digital goes into about 20% of all personal computers,
high-end to low, and is therefore in fine shape to tell us what the heck is
going on out there.

That's why I was heartened when WDC's Hegarty says he sees light at
the end of the tunnel. What makes this seven-inch story so important,
particularly as I am NOT long WDC? A couple of things. First, seasoned
players know that Hegarty has been downbeat for along time, so his
change of heart matters greatly. Second, PC demand, if strong -- which
it is -- is a strong signal that these stocks might be the way to play the
next leg up in the market.
