Thanks for the update Paul. Re item 2:

2) Andyne leg to achieve 8-10% profit on revenue this year

Does this mean if Andyne revenue is, say $10M, does this mean $0.8M-$1.0M in earnings?

BTW, good summary, revenue growth looks good, $150M this fiscal year, $250M in about a year and a half. This seems to run at about 30%-40% growth in revenue per year.

Your take on this?

Also what are your thoughts on acquisitions in the $100M - $300M range and using pooling of interest again. This represents rather large acquisitions.

Well it looks like sooner or later the big one is going to happen. Funny this time around there is no rumors about who the possible company could be..Last year the rumors were fling around. Does anybody care to speculate.
