Gerald...Let me give you a simplistic approach to this whole matter on my behalf. Since you are basically accusing me of profiting on the demise of NAMX, then I would show some sort of profitable gain in my portfolio. Correct? Well, I would be required to so such a gain on my 1998 Federal Tax Return, correct? Well, guess what? I didn't put down any NAMX stock transactions on my 1998 Schedule C Federal Tax form with the Internal Revenue Service. Do you think I would actually say this if it were not true? Do you think I would be dumb enough to give an open invitation to the IRS for a personal audit of my 1998 taxes? You appeared to be much more intelligent than that...

Gerald,
I remember a post saying bashers were paid by Market Makers who were illegally shorting a stock from $2-4,000 a month. Do you suppose that the market maker wrote the bashers checks and deducted the expense on their tax return!?? <ggg> I don't know if that has been done to NAMX but the timing of the bashers has been perfect.
