Mark, Reading your post as a novice, I was trying to see where you were coming from, is it trying to proof Riley wrong or trying to find out if the SEC would allow shareholders to force a market? Have you contacted the SEC and asked them? If a stock that is not trading and shareholders request certificates for stock that was sold to them and the stock was illegally shorted how does one get his certificates? I want to know before I spend money on a subject you may have researched further before posting... Thank you, please let me know dj
