Thanks for the update. A "temporary" site was set up for XCMM on SI, but, when it becomes AIRSTAR TECHNOLOGIES with the new symbol of ASTS, a new and permanent SI site can be set up.

Internet and cable is not being underestimated, I just want it to happen faster, faster, faster....the operative word here is faster.

By the way, even though my impatience is sometimes palpable, I am not unmindful of all the efforts made by everyone at XEC--ahh-- Airstar Technologies.

A somewhat serious question

To FIG, Dal, JL, JV or ....

You state:
> Don't underestimate the opportunity provided by our being awarded the Internet and cable TV on the bases. These two services will add revenue from each existing customer.

With all due respect can you provide the news that talks about these new opportunities. If what you are saying is really true, I for one may actually start thinking of Xecom (or Airstar Technologies) as a serious business entity. And seriously I may actually think of this new company as a real investment (aothough speculative still) , but at least no longer as a SEE-BS sitcom! I may actually commit some serious money into the investment in this newly named company.

So I appreciate it very much if you can point me to the official news where it talks about the new internet, and cable TV opportunities, and also when and where the shareholders meeting is supposed to be held? Not to mention when your last earnings report is supposed to come out.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Speculation is that AirStar is about to sign a deal, and that the deal will bring in additional capital to the company. We're told that a percentage of the company will be sold. Are there negotiations on going? If so, how close are you? Or have the discussions terminated? What light can you shed on this "rumor"? Remember, it is important for you as a director of the company and as a front line PR guy to manage expectation correctly. Expectations are running very high right now.

Also, what stops the Airstar from publishing the 10-K with a disclaimer about the credit from Sprint. After all, SEC regulations mandate the 10-K to have been filed by April 15th. The SEC accepts no excuses; neither should we.

Also also, Is there ANY possibility that the first quarter Q will be filed on time??? TJS
