Steve, I do not disagree. But when the volume tells the company that someone knows something they have a duty to level the playing field and, in the old days, the SEC would make sure they did! I remember well, whenever there was unusual trading action, either expecting a prompt company announcement of some substance or that "in response to an SEC inquiry, there is nothing going on internally".
