Jeff Bruss is still on the loose. I am saddened to see advertisements for The Future Superstock on sites such as PCQuote.com all the time. The folks must realize that their reputation is at stake for allowing this.

Recently, FSS has profiled EOSC as a pick of the month. Since then, the stock has been halted, and the company's management has been indicted by the SEC for securities violations. However, there's no word on a look at Bruss and FSS by the SEC.
