Anyone following GLCP-Greenland? Volume way up, lots of buying. They make automated meter reading software and hardware that is put on utility meters and sends info by radio waves back to the utility thus eliminating the need for sending out meter reading employees. The technology saves utilities a fortune and considering deregulation and the resulting competition, utilities are looking for all the cost savings they can get. The company has several pilot programs in the works and is close to announcing full system build outs for several municipalities. I am hoping the rising price and volume lately means that they are close to some big deals. Anyone have info on this company? RCJIII
