Take a good look at Saville Systems (SAVLY). They make billing systems for CLECs and others. They specialize in integrated platforms that combine various telecom services on one bill. I've had the stock since 31 in October - it's now over 50. The stock has some volatility to it which I've used to make money on call options as well.
