Don't read anything from this. These reminders are routine with other companies as well. SEC wants the small investors to be aware of annual meeting and the purpose and don't want them to be left out (?)

I was contacted more than a week ago, where they reminded me that CUBE BOD recommended a vote in favor of the proposed items. The caller was clear that he was not with CUBE but not as clear about where he was calling from.
On the one hand it is flattering to think they care about my lousy shares, but then I don't really think they do anyway. It was certainly a waste of time/money because I have no intention of voting one way or the other.
I would not be surprised if CUBE management is concerned about what the outcome of the shareholders meeting in less than 2 weeks will be. They should be in the sense that the stock has done nothing all year. Long term I'm sure they are doing what they think is right, but as a shareholder I've been profoundly disappointed with my returns over the past year.

Daniel
