Looks like the gun is getting loaded and cocked. Heavy volume building...no price movement,though.
Looks like several other moves I've witnessed (though unfortunately not benefitted from) in which the volume increases as the MM's load up their books.
If the float isn't too large, this could move just like PNLK...

24 MILLION out and 9 MILLION in the float with RUMORS of some shares
bought back on the open market... but just RUMORS at this point.
