Your statement is only correct if you are referring to the people that are still holding. There are many people who bought in the past in the $1.50 range and sold when it drifted down to the $1.00 range.

In any event my sources tell me that a deal is currently having the t's crossed and the I's dotted. I would expect a deal before the weekend.
