== off the subject, & in response to Dons' question === Don, The new ECS PM came out of Huston, and replaced Mark Kaufman. If you are heritage Loral you should know him. I havn't meet Bill Jackson yet. I do understand that he wants to do the job he was sent here to take care of and get back to Huston asap. The bigger question question is who will Honneycut send out to replace Jon G. Regards, Rick P.S. I left the ECS contract about 2 months ago, and was one of the original 5 managers on that contract.
