Anton: You see we agree on some things. You're doing what you think is needed, I'm doing what I believe is needed, CK..., TAVA... And this is why I remain optimistic that whatever hardships occur will be resolved. I'm not saying everything will be done on time nor that it won't be a struggle nor not be tragic in some cases. I'm glad to see you are actively involved and not just talking. No doubt I'll be educating some in my community's emergency services but I'll bet not as much as I would've 6 months ago. Awareness is growing. vpelt
