Rosario, I don't know how many times I have to answer you, but the information you were provided is wrong. During our first year the lease rate was 30%; however, we were able to progressively move the price down as we expanded. As I stated before, with each of our decreases Trend / GMTC has experienced significant revenue increases. We are certainly experiencing tremendous growth this year and expect to see this growth continue. I am not sure why you wish to discuss GMTC on this thread. GMTC's growth here in Texas certainly does not bode well for AGTI, so why are you bringing it up. I hope the flames are directed to you as opposed to me. tgs59
