Hi everybody! This my first post as a new member. I've been a lurker for a long time, but decided to take the plunge and become an honest contributor. I also wanted to get in the door before those GNET scoundrels raise the price.<g> I've been in MDIX for over 6 months, and the recent rise is sure welcome. IMO, today's news is very significant. Yeros has crossed the Rubicon and burned his bridges-no going back now. Think about this...he has devoted, what, 10yrs(?) in his company, trying to make a go in a field with ever tightening margins, and has finally cleared it of most debt and put it in the black. Now, he is abandoning what he knows best for a unknown software company? This is not a stupid man, and I wouldn't expect him to bet everything on just potential. Yeros must be seeing a level of interest and results for Cymedix beyond what's been guessed at so far. Secondly, the lack of news with the lawsuit implies there may be some negotiation ongoing, since the 30 day waiting period has expired. Just my 2 cents. Doug Oh,P.S.-GO MDIX!
