Whether I care or not is irrelevant to the question...I provided a viable answer as to "how to create a lasting peace". One more fusillade of Hebrew bullets will only result in one more ragheaded jihad....or does the subject of history completely elude you? Any hot-headed asshole can kill clouds with an AK47, and raise a stink amongst his neighbors - unless you've taken away all the reasons (..like killing their family members..) for people to listen to the idiot . In the 60's, the commies in Cuba tried to insight an uprising in Panama against the Panamanian and US governments. Their premise was to "stir up" the local northern population and then march south. The people in the area were (by central american standards) well fed, comfortably housed and had opportunity to advance themselves - due to US efforts and tourism. The commies failed due to the "Manana-factor"; everything in northern Panama was fairly realxed and happy - and nobody there gave a rat's ass about the advance 5th-column commie-line! The commies landed in northern Panama , wrecked their boats on the reefs, and the local Guardia National (basically a bunch of overweight Barney Fife's) waded out and arrested the whole bunch. It was laughable. My point: Provide a guy a with a decent street, sidewalks and street lights, a place to sleep with doors, windows and screens, some running water and waste collection, ability to earn enough to feed his family - with a little left over, and an opportunity for his kids to go to school; he ain't gonna spend his free time riding around in a stolen Humvee shooting holes in clouds. He'd rather spend his evenings at home with Mama - watching "Married with Children". Get a grip. After Crusades, jihads, or whatever-else that hasn't worked; maybe the folks there should give INFRASTRUCTURE & FREE TRADE a chance! "Doooooh!"
