I suppose you found someone who was willin to sell for $1.00 as opposed to $.87. All depends on how you put you buy in, I guess. If you put in a bid at market, someone was holdin 1000 shares with a limit of $1.00 for sell--pure speculation---we certainly aren't seeing all the details. One thing for sure, the ask @ .87 for 25k is depressing the trades.

No news or scuttlebutt makes some folks real nervous.

It will come around--in good time, Shorty.

This is taken from the Wallstreetdaily web site for Beacon:
With the signing of the Beacon Light/XIN HUI plastics joint venture, Beacon Light's book value has increased from Zero to $1.26 per share.

The company is currently in negotiation with several entities for
the production of plastic products putting projected sales for
1998 in the range of $50 million and estimated profit margins at
25%. These projections significantly impact Beacon Light's
bottom line as earnings per share on the outstanding 3,351,422
shares of common stock will be in the range of $2.05/share. On a
fully diluted basis the earnings per share will be $0.82/share. This
translates to a stock price projection of $18.00-20.00 for Fiscal
1998.

Now Greunbaum told me last week that financials should be out within a few weeks, these financials should reflect the book value of $1.26/share which should add some value to the price. When dealing with these penny stocks we all get antsy, but this is a good company, we just have to be patient and things will develop nicely. Think in terms of months/years (long term) not days and we will make a huge return. You won't be able to match it in many other stocks (500%+++).
