Whats up with this?? Offshore account? Any Reg stocks involved. Hope not. Reading the news release says that the purchase included cash and said nothing about further dilution. I dont mind Ira growing the company by acquisition but it seems he has some cash on hand and it might do the company just as good to retire some shares. And I notice Market Pulse Journal at the bottom of this news release. Is this something new promoting FAMH?? Anybody? Information? Out of here without a twinkie or Ho-Ho to my name....
