I'm not sure if it will be cash or stock or both but I will say this buying SEEK will be just pocket change for Disney.

Disney has approx. 677 million shrs. outstanding, giving it a market cap of about 83.5 billion. Seek has a market cap close to 1 billion as of todays close. I wouldn't bank on a Disney buyout but I'm curious how much advertising dollars Dis spends on seek and other search engines.
