Steve, I've been starting to read up on Winstar and am trying to understand it better. I get the basic CLEC through lower cost wireless broadband story, with high capex in early buildout years and potentially high revs and earnings as they cross over to better mix to toll collecting.

I'd like to get a better sense of their competitive edge visa vis. the entrenched RBOC's. Do you have any idea by how much they tend to underprice? Do they mostly offer T-1 leased line equivalents, or is the model different?

Do they offer sub-T1 xDSL competitive broadband internet/data connections? Any consumer offerings, e.g. in NYC.

Also, noticed you saying that it was unlikely that cable operators in most areas of the country would do the rebuild necessary for cable modems. That seems only partly right to me. Certainly not everwhere. But in NYC, for example (or at least Manhattan, for sure the best market for net connectivity), Time Warner is privately projecting the starting rollout of their RoadRunner consumer cable modem service starting this fall. They completed the basic cable rebuild (which also allows some more cable channels, and menu/show info rich set top boxes) about a year ago in most areas. I've noticed that NYC appears to be a pretty important market for WCII.
