Hi Ed, April 21/97 -- 1.1 MM common share P.P. July 3/97 ---- 2.4 MM Flow Through share P.P. Feb 26/98 ---- 2.0 MM Unit P.P (Unit = 1 share and 1 warrant). I'm not a securities lawyer but I do believe that the hold period of 1 year does not apply if the securities are prospectus cleared. But, I don't know if there was any undertaking by FST to "clear" the last two issues above or not. Might be worth an e-mail to find out. April 21, 1998 would have been a pretty good day for the above 1.1MM to come free trading, hey!! Coincidence?? Or, was the market prep'd?? Later, grayhairs
