To the "thread,"

In what I would consider a "surprising" development, TFS's investor relations department contacted me today to ascertain whether I would consider myself a "broker", "investment advisor", or "portfolio manager."

Although I didn't specifically ask "Why?", if others have gotten the same phone call, it is obvious what the purpose is:

It appears to me that TFS is in the preliminary stages of studying the breakdown of its investor list, and attempting to "profile" the parties that are the significant holders. I can think of no good reason to go through this exercise other than as preparation for the retention of professional help, either from an investment banker or a public relations firm. Both professionals would need to know something about the makeup of the existing shareholder list if they were to draw up plans to enhance Wall Street understanding of the TFS story.

If my assumption is correct, it should be a development that will affect all existing TFS holders positively. I hope I am right.

If there is anyone else on the "thread" that has had a similar phone call, I would appreciate hearing about it.

Have a good day.
