Shake-Man,

I wonder if the Patriot deal is really in BANY's best interest?

Desktop V ...alone will make BANY profitable by the end of the year......and we keep hearing about how busy Yost is working on other "exciting" sales related business....So what's the big deal with Patriot?

Patriot sales are somewhere around what?....$ 400,000 per year?

If BANY is going to blossom this year because of the hardcase business....why give away the company now?.......Double the shares?...at what?....20 cents?

This may be the problem...Patriot may not want to wait for the story to unfold....... Yost might be better off figuring out ways to sell cases.....rather than how to issue millions of more shares to expand into the exciting growth field of speaker stands.

Maybe he should fix his broken links and push those financials out....and close a sale or two with an OEM.......Get the share price to $2.00 and then figure out who to gobble up using fully valued BANY shares .

BANY says the first quarter was fantastic.....Well.....how so? I would love to hear about all of the exciting things that is taking up so much of Yost's time. I'm ready to get on with it. Hard to argue with logic like mine.......IMO.
