Hank, It almost sounds like you're slowly being drawn into the Zonagen vortex. Don't despair, all will be ultimately revealed. The Phase III drop out rate for Vasomax due to lack of efficacy and side effects is a major concern for the company. Even SGP is having trouble massaging these numbers as they try to craft an acceptable NDA. Don't also forget that all these patients were given a test dose of Vasomax to assess for adverse blood pressure responses PRIOR to their enrollment in these studies, and so they were preselected to begin with. BTW, no test doses are necessary prior to initiating patients on Viagra. The upcoming AUA meetings in June should be Zonagen's great opportunity to finally present their wonderful Phase III data prior (or just following) the LONG anticipated submission of Vasomax' NDA.
