Baird, I've been out of bonds for awhile, so I really don't know the answer. However, the upgrade by S&P is very important because it is based on their assessment of the quality of GLM's (and by extension the entire sector's) cash flows. So we are talking not merely of lowering the cost of capital, we are talking about a qualitative opinion of the sector.
