Bought another 65K today, own 400K total, I am liking what I see! The April 7th PR contained info about a new site where they will be installing their meter reading devices. My understanding is that they sell each retrofitting device for about $100. Richmond has around 100,000 meters & thus $9.6 million in revenues. The company also gets substantial money for setting up the system with the utility, providing software, training staff to use the software, etc. One contract will make this stock fly. Remember they have several pilot programs that have been maturing for about a year and a half. Full system buildouts are expected on all of these. They also have deals set up in Mexico for parking meters and have an agreement with a South American firm to market the technology there. Also, I read in a recent Greenland filing that they are making progress in introducing their products in Puerto Rico. This stock has the potential to fly. Hopefully, we are about to lift off. Todays volume and price movement was encouraging. RCJIII
