EDDIE - First I agree with on the stock showing today . EDDIE yes I do have an issue with a company that I own not making a profit for two qtrs . This is an issue internal with CPQ ---If you look at our competitors DELL and GTW since we do not have DEC on board yet we definitely are not performing at even a "good"level . EP is the man in the hot seat --- basically if we giving away PC"S at cost then we have too much overhead whether it be production layoff ,sales ,etc .
The direction for the future comes from the top YET I have not seen any major changes for the CPQ side of the deal . DELL will not go away in the PC business so either we get as close to the BTO model or we continue not to make money .

BEST WISHES
BILL

P.S. I ENJOY THE thought exchange on this issue with you since I see this as more important than the DEC merger for the future
