As PFE is selling at lofty 66 times earnings, I do not expect the share price to go much higher for some time. As is mentioned in these posts, to add significantly to pse ,an awful lot of Viaga will have to be sold.

"A billion dollars in sales for Viagra translates into an additional .25 cents eps for PFE. .25 x 60(PE) = 15 dollars additional for the share price" So if Viagra sales are more than 10 billion in 2000, which I think is quite likely once it is marketed in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, then the share price will be $150 higher. Brian, I was at UCSF med school last wk and picked up this article, itsa.ucsf.edu Viagra Nation also thought u might enjoy the school paper. itsa.ucsf.edu Health & Science itsa.ucsf.edu btw: how did you get .25 eps for 1B of revenue? I got this from research on demand.. 96 rev: 11B. eps 1.49 97 rev: 12.5 B rev. eps. 1.7 98 eps 2.0 99 eps 2.4 currently pfe got 2.2 B from Novasc calcium channel blocker heart drug. This is the best performing right now. So Viagra even if 1B will not be the top seller. intrestingly, anti-depresseant (zoloft) is 1.5 B ..2nd best. No go figure, if more people are depressed or maybe if they take Viagra they won't need anti-depressant. anyway, if u r right re .25 then p.s. 2.2560=135.00 2.2550=112.50
