Anderson:

In October 1996 CDMD did a reverse split and issue some warrants
and up to this day the warrants are not trading, and the warrants expire in October
1998, CDMD change their name and symbol to DAWC, because I was burn
I loss confidence in warrant, after the reverse split it went down
to about .10 from over $6.00, today it trade for about .23

If the warrant will be trading immediately from CVIA, that will be good news if not, it's not acceptable.
