Steve, is there no relationship between Lucents Microelectronics division and Westell or no reationship between Westell and all of Lucent?

I remember that Westell was working with Lucent on integrating ADSL with some of Lucents products. I don't remember exactly but it could be that Lucent was working with Westell for CAP modulation which by now is almost dead and with Aware for DMT modulation.

What do you think the "relationship" might be? Aware can subcontract out modems to be made (and 3Com makes the same). LU is going to make line cards for the central office and Aware gets a licensing fee?
