I think FTEL is going to slide down some more for quite some time. You
need several Mr J Chin of DGIV to pull 50 cities up for FTEL by end of
the year. James Magruder (FTEL CEO) might disappoint the FTELers with
his announcements. Let us wait for FTEL's June earnings report. Do you
expect profits?

DGIV has been doing it. Closing deals. It takes time to set up 50
cities. Ask the DGIVers. We are entering month 5 of year 1998. That
leaves Mr Magruder 7 months to perform and meet his own target.

As long as you don't pirate Mr Chin into your side, I think DGIV is
ready for the big time.

Mark,

We don't need to debate FTEL versus DGIV. Buy both, I'm long both stocks. Obviously DGIV has been more fun recently, but FTEL is close IMHO. Now back to DGIV please!

since you portray yourself as the Value Expert...why don't you explain why (somewhere else)? stock price is half the equation...number of outstanding shares is the other half. if you think FTEL market value is substantially under-valued (as is DGIV) then start a thread. but reading the title of this thread and continually posting opinions about a different stock is disrespectful.

byron has attempted in good faith to keep us focused on our diamond in the rough...and, trying to distract us will not work. when you want to better understand value, send away for my free valuation sheet!

DEAR MR. GARNER,

While we appreciate your opinion about FTEL and the fact that it is undervalued - we do not appreciate the constant "barrage" of information and "bad mouthing" of Digitcoms future potential.

It seems to me that FTEL enjoyed a very nice day today and rather than spending your time posting on "OUR" thread you will probably find quite a few new visitors on the FTEL thread who will be more than happy to read your information on the future of FTEL.

It strikes me as quite curious that you haven't posted on FTELs thread for months now - considering your CONVICTION for the stock.

NO ONE appreciates your presence on this thread - IT ONLY SHOWS YOU ARE PRETTY DESPERATE TO LURE PEOPLE AWAY FROM HERE !!!!

GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND FTEL, MR. GARNER
