What strikes me about it is that Scott has such an original mind! NO ONE has ever thought of this before, right? And, as you say, I think that if you promise something--like a recipe--in return, it isn't actually illegal. There are problems with chain letters sent through the mails, though. But I doubt that stuff's been tested online. Speaking of recipes: if you send me 100 bucks, and then pass my letter on to five people who have to send me 50 bucks, and so on, I'll give you my famous recipe for Stuffed Calves' Eyeballs.
