Jim: You contribute nothing to this thread. Opposite viewpoints with content are appreciated. Your thoughts have no value cause there is no substance. Example: You called Paul a liar. You did not say why. Paul and I have been talking here and back channels longer than you have been delivering mail in DC. Paul does not lie. Therefore, you calling him a liar and slanderer shows to me that you don't know what the hell you are talking about. I must admit that I was slower in determining this than most.
