Seems to me that the cash portion would have to use up a big chunk of the new $275 million - otherwise, why borrow it?

Bob,

1. They had to replace the original $75MM note because it prohibited acquisitions.

2. The $275MM is discounted. So down to about $160 in up-front money. Then take away repayment of the original $75MM, so down to about $85MM. Not much more than the original note. Not a lot of extra cash.
