yeah thats the general idea... it would be a win win situation, for every one, retroactive... it would cancel all threats of lawsuits by people that panic sold. the Unit would give the CVIA shareholders a reason to support the new stock for the next few years, you could hold or sell the warrants or the stock or all of it. Or you could hold it all and execute the warrants one of these days if they ever go over $10. This Would give CVIA/WOTD/? a share holder support base again also. KAA
