See, there you go again, showing off with your RTQ and level II stuff, and who's bidding what and so on and so forth...

I couldn't find that bid/ask on any other quote server. If it opens that way in the a.m., thing go get real interesting, real fast.

Here's a news server (all sources) all loaded and ready...

KAA,
I got the same thing on DLJ Direct. B/A .01/.02. Other quotes (Yahoo etc.) show .013/.015. I'm confused!

Hello, KAA!

The way I look at CVIA aquiring WOTD is this (if it does happen!). If we do do the split and attain a NASDAQ listing, and for Lord knows how long have historically reported losses, then all the sudden reporting great earnings (by way of WOTD), then won't that show up on a lot of "radar screens" and alarm some people. They will say "Hey Man, this stock is turning around big time and is headed for the sky!" And maybe pick up a Mutual Fund Manager on the way. If we could get on of those say right before we authorize more shares, then they buy up most of them, and they control it (not much play), then we will be great!!! IMO

I don't think that CVIA would absolutely have to do the reverse split since that was WOTD's plan and not CVIA's. That was WOTD's responsibilty to make that occur after it was their company, so I don't think that CVIA would have to do it. Make some people ticked off, but who cares. We don't need the reverse right now, I don't think. IMO

I wish that CVIA would hit BRKa (or BRKb) status!! That is my man's stock, Mr. Warren Buffett! Wouldn't you like to hear that he buys some shares? Man!! That would be great!!

Regards,

MATT

P.S. I think that CVIA aquiring WOTD is definitely the BEST way to go right now. They have become the laughing stock here lately and I think this would turn the tables for them!!
