Can anyone with a clear understanding of the proposals, as listed on the proxy statement, give an opinion as to whether to vote for or against #2, #3, and #4. I am at a loss to understand the value of doubling the number of outstanding shares, creating a further dilution in price.

Roger, I don't profess to have a clear understanding of the proposals, but as long as ANCR is showing losses, more shares outstanding will narrow the loss per share <g>. Ergo, I will vote yes and do my part to minimize ANCR's loss per share.

Seriously, I will vote yes on the proxies because I want to give Ken & Company the tools they feel are needed. While increased outstanding shares are certainly dilutive, they could pave the way towards M&A activity and keep us afloat a bit longer. I admit the 'A' in M&A does seem far fetched but stranger things have happened (remember ANCR @ 41).
