Hiram, It's good that Nightowl is no longer a regular because i can see you're looking for a fight and he was always such an easy target for you. You beat him up so bad last year that he now takes up residence with the yahoos.

Mr. Oliver posted a pretty good article about ferroelectric. there were two points that provide clarification and insight.

1.Fram chips can be built to comparable or smaller sizes than dram. This has important future implications since there is now a big rush to smaller chip sizes for bigger profits.

2. We have had hints in various articles that Nec may be playing with fram as well as feram. A Nec researcher in this article stated clearly that everything is fair game. good news for rmtr.
