I agree that there is some residual concern due to their past delays. But if the Panretin NDA goes in by the end of May, I think that will be eliminated. The leptin deal was no doubt quite tricky when they started the negotiations and over time, the issue of the exact relationship between leptin, its promoter and obesity became a bit blurred.

But will there be another NDA filed soon? To me, that is the real question. Leptin and diabetes applications are down the road some and I do not expect to see a whole lot on them for some time. But cancer is another story....

After 1 st NDA the market will be anticipating Targretin NDA...Is this abticipated in Q1 1999? The market usually looks about 6 months ahead, so some credibility from NDA #1 going smoothly could allow stock to hold "pop" anticipating Targretin.

It has, relatively speaking, held it's recent abrupt "pop" from $11 quite well.
