Hi Jenna, what's your take on CHIR? They came in ahead on earnings bolstered by a spin-off which added divestment expenses and the cost of layoffs. The street wanted .11 but got -.06, (net op without the spinoff cash). The posted official net, with cash from sale is .31. I can't tell if this is now positive going forward with all this business behind them or if the net op profit will be more of a focus. They also have a drug coming up for review shortly which could be very positive. Hard to put the right spin on this.. my take is positive, they have settled the sale and can focus on business with a better balance sheet. Jim

Watch list for 29th. every one on the 13 stocks of watch list was up today. Market momentum played a large part in that, but as always the greatest gains came from the 'earnings plays' group.. When it's a good day for the market, it's a great day for 'earnings plays'.
