LouieD you seem to have a handle on things, if you like higher priced stocks, you may want to check out USNA, 5 year old growth stock, check last earning report, new earning should be out soon. around 28 dollars a share now. Just might want to check it out, not a recommendation, just might want to take a look.

I know people who work in the commercial office furniture industry and have seen the percentage of contracted work go from mostly the installation of new furniture, panels, worksurfaces, etc. to an increased percentage of re-use and/or reconfiguration. The past couple of years, I also saw an increase in the demand for purchase of re-conditioned items. More cost effective than buying new.

Think you may have found a good one for the long term, IMHO.
