Motorola Awarded Contract worth $105 Mil from China

Motorola's cellular infrastructure group will expand its digital cellular network in China's Hunan Province. The expansion, based on a digital cellular standard call GSM, will double the network capacity to 900,000 subscribers when completed at the end of October.

Looks like VARL nearing another up move on its way to $16/17 area.

VARL's put up another consolidation "flag" with vol. drying up . I'd say we're getting close to another breakout by the end of this week or early nxt. Wouldn't bet the farm on this but better than 50/50 chance IMHO.
