I do. The increase in shares is the cost of these acquisitions. Apparently, he did have them figured in. I think Mort will be the x factor with Famh. Ira will abuse this medium (all to our advantage) with Famh commercials, Ira sing-a-longs,pictures of the Famhboat, etc. etc. This could be great exposure and with the 10 city tour, Ira's going to put us on the proverbial map. Throw in Money World, I know, I know what the mag. is all about, but, you can't deny the exposure that will generate. Famh will be a household name. A conglomerate. A shorter's nightmare. And throw in some decent earnings, I'm betting we have a winner here. I'll accept the share count for now, since, apparently growth will soak that crap up. Brad didn't mention the Italian acquisition which could generate an additional 13 mil. gross.
