I just called Schwab and apparently, holders of the warrants are not entitled to an annual report. At least that is how they put it. They offered to give me a number for a company that could provide one, but I decided to pass since that would probably take a while. So I dug up a number for LGND and got through to investor relations and they said they would send me one.

I'm not entirely happy with Schwab for telling me I'm not entitled to an annual report and I think it is silly. I fully understand that I cannot vote and all that, but I do have a legitimate - and very substantial - interest in the company and I think I ought to get an annual report by default.

Maybe I'll go buy 1,000 shares or so of the underlying just to get my annual report :-(

If there's anyone else who only holds warrants, don't expect to see that report unless you call the company....

Cheers, Torben
